TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: All memberships are required to have a commitment of at least three (3) months from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise. Memberships are a reoccurring charge and will continue to be billed monthly until cancelled via email. If a guest wishes to cancel during the initial three (3) month term, they will be charged the remaining balance of their membership. If a guest would like to cancel after their three (3) month term, they must email Sky Zone Ventura the Full Names and Date of Births of the Members that they would like to cancel for. (Please find the email located below)
ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS: A Member must have a valid liability waiver on file in the Ventura database. Liability waivers remain valid for one (1) year from date of completion. After one (1) year from the date of completion, an updated liability waiver must be completed via Sky Zone Ventura website or in store at the provided waiver kiosks. Liability waivers printed and completed on paper will not be accepted. Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Memberships do not grant guaranteed admission, especially during high capacity periods. Memberships purchased at Sky Zone Ventura are only valid at the Ventura location. A Member assumes all risks associated with all attractions and should read and obey all rules, instructions, and safety signage. Attractions and services may change operating hours, close temporarily, or be discontinued without notice. Sky Zone Ventura is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to Sky Zone Ventura.
TERMINATION: Sky Zone Ventura reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel any Memberships or deny admission to any Members at any time for any reason. Memberships may be suspended, revoked, or cancelled due to misuse and/or failure to adhere to park rules.
INFORMATION CHANGE: Please report any changes in your liability waiver by immediately updating your information at the provided waiver kiosks in store, or online on the Sky Zone Ventura website.
