TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: All memberships are required to have a 2 Month Minimum commitment from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise. Memberships are a reoccurring charge and will continue to be billed monthly until cancelled via email. If a guest wishes to cancel, they will be REQUIRED wait at least 3 Days after enrollment, then email us at SZWestminsterMembershipCancel@gmail.com at LEAST 3 Days Prior to date of renewal. In The email to Sky Zone Westminster, Guest must provide the Full Names and Date of Births of the Members that they would like to cancel for. (Please find the email located below) Memberships that cancel may not re-enroll for the memberships for 90 days after cancellation. Memberships cancelled more than a week of their renewal date will be fully cancelled and not available for use after 72 hours of email sent for cancellation.
ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS: A Member must have a valid liability waiver on file in the Westminster database. Liability waivers remain valid for one (1) year from date of completion. After one (1) year from the date of completion, an updated liability waiver must be completed via Sky Zone Westminster website or in store at the provided waiver kiosks. Liability waivers printed and completed on paper will not be accepted. Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Memberships do not grant guaranteed admission, especially during high-capacity periods. Memberships purchased at Sky Zone Westminster are only valid at the Westminster location. A Member assumes all risks associated with all attractions and should read and obey all rules, instructions, and safety signage. Attractions and services may change operating hours, close temporarily, or be discontinued without notice. Sky Zone Westminster is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to Sky Zone Westminster.
INFORMATION CHANGE: Please report any changes in your liability waiver by immediately updating your information at the provided waiver kiosks in store, or online on the Sky Zone Westminster website.
CODE OF CONDUCT / TERMINATION: Sky Zone Westminster reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel any Memberships or deny admission to any Members at any time for any reason. Memberships may be suspended, revoked, or cancelled due to misuse and/or failure to adhere to park rules, violence, inappropriate guest interactions, ect.

Are there black out dates for the Passholder?
No! Your Pass can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Is my Pass valid at all Sky Zone locations?
The Pass is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
