Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to play every day! So we created a Membership program that gives you access to the entire park, every day — along with amazing perks. Giving your family the fun you want, all for one great value.
Can I use a 3rd party app or website to cancel my Sky Zone Membership?
Third-party websites are not authorized to cancel Sky Zone Memberships. To cancel, log in to your Sky Zone Online Account.

What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Extra Play Monthly Membership or Elite Membership so that the parent or legal guardian can enjoy jump time per visit alongside their minor child who is enrolled as an Extra Play or Elite Monthly Member for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?

Can I cancel anytime?
The membership does carry a 3-month commitment term, once activated the earliest cancellation can happen 3 months from sign up
How do I cancel my Membership?
All cancellations must be carried out in the park or through email
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
How can I pay for my monthly Membership?
You can pay with a major credit card. Gift Cards are not accepted as payment for Memberships.
