Guest Service Center Representative
Apply NowWe are looking for Party and Events Specialists who are self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist guests over the phone using competent and positive verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be able to perform in a friendly, calm and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills. Strong internet navigation skills recommended.
Responsibilities:
· answer phones to book birthday parties, group events and respond to customer inquiries
· follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
· provide accurate directions
· provide pricing information and product knowledge on all products offered
· create new customer reservations
· other duties as assigned
· handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
· update existing customer information
· route calls to appropriate resource
· follow up customer calls where necessary
· document all call information according to standard operating procedures
