Sky Zone is not a child care facility and membership purchase is not a substitute for kids who require child care or supervision. Kids are only supervised on the trampoline courts. It is the parent's / legal guardian's responsibility to provide supervision for their kids while they are in the facility. Parental presence in the facility is strongly recommended for kids under the age of 13.

A parent add-on Membership is a membership for a parent or a legal guardian to enjoy all the same benefits as their child for just a low monthly price each month.

It's affordable for everyone in the family to have a Sky Zone ELITE membership with our sibling discount. After you sign up one of the family member for ELITE or ELITE+ membership, additional family members can sign up at a discounted rate and enjoy all the same benefits.

Absolutely! You can apply the cost of your admission toward a Sky Zone Membership, so long as the upgrade takes place during the same visit, prior to departure.
Billing is monthly on the day after you initially sign-up. (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month).
Monthly Memberships require a valid credit card. Debit cards or cash cards are not eligible. We do offer non-recurring monthly pass which can be purchased with cash. Please visit the store for details.
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at. We are so happy to have you apart of our family at Sky Zone Durahm.

If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your Monthly Membership, you can request do so any time after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement.
All membership cancellation requests must be made in writing as documented below. We are unable to accept or track verbal communications for membership cancellation at our location or by phone. Please note that it might take up to 10 business days for us to process cancellations.
To cancel : Simply text your cancellation request to 919-323-3637. Please include each member's name, birth date and request to cancel.

Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We'd be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own membership so you can use the benefits together!
We know life happens and your schedule changes! At this time, if you cannot use your membership more than once per month, you can cancel your membership after completing the initial commitment and come back to re-sign up when your schedule permits!
Memberships are not valid for private events, events (including birthday parties, team parties, corporate events, etc. that require a separate admission), and other programs such as GLOW as noted. Memberships are subject to terms and conditions.
Membership jump is not eligible for online jump time reservation and subject to available capacity on site.
