Are there requirements to participate in GLOW?
Yes. A GLOW shirt and SkySocks must be worn in order to jump. A GLOW shirt is included with each ticket and can be re-used for future GLOW sessions.
A valid waiver is required for jumpers and observers.
Can I reuse my SkySocks or GLOW t-shirt?
Yes! Bring back both your SkySocks and GLOW t-shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
What are your hours?
GLOW is currently available on Fridays and Saturdays at participating locations. Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week.
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
GLOW Tickets - General Terms and Conditions
GLOW is a separately ticketed type of jump session held at participating Sky Zone® locations (each a “Location”). Availability, scheduling, and format for GLOW jump sessions may vary by Location. GLOW tickets are required for all participants during designated GLOW jump sessions.
Terms and Conditions:
- All participants must wear GLOW t-shirts. Participants will each receive one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt with their GLOW ticket at participating Locations, otherwise GLOW t-shirts are sold separately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, limit one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt total per active Extra Play Monthly and Extra Play Annual member (see “GLOW Tickets – Membership Benefits” section below for more details). GLOW t-shirts in good condition may be reused when attending subsequent GLOW jump sessions.
- SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact the Location for details.
- All guests must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone facilities.
- Restrictions may apply at the Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.
- GLOW jump sessions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
- Tickets are valid only for their specified GLOW jump session date and time.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- GLOW jump session capacity is limited. GLOW admission is not guaranteed at any time or to anyone (including to Extra Play Monthly and Extra Play Annual members), especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
- Buddy passes cannot be redeemed toward GLOW jump sessions.
