How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Online bookings do close 2 weeks out, but we’re happy to help with bookings inside that window—just call us at (812) 472-4515.
What is included in a group event?
Group events typically include jump time, access to all attractions, and grip socks. Optional add-ons like food or drinks are also available.
Is there a minimum number of guests required?
Yes, group rates usually require a minimum number of participants. Check pricing sheet for jumper requirement specifics.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted, except for special circumstances. Ask our team for options.
Do participants need waivers?
Yes, all jumpers must have a signed waiver before participating.
Are grip socks required?
Yes, Sky Zone grip socks are required for safety and we can pass them out upon arrival.
Can we add more guests after booking?
Yes! You can typically add more guests, just let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate your group.
Will our group be the only one at the facility?
Group bookings do not guarantee exclusive use of the park. Other groups and guests may be visiting during your scheduled time.
How early should we arrive for check-in?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled jump time. During check-in, we’ll verify waivers, provide wristbands, and distribute grip socks.
What if we need to reschedule?
