An outside food fee of $50 applies to the Basic Party Package. All other party packages include outside food at no additional cost.
Birthday cakes are permitted with a scheduled party; however, ice cream cakes are not allowed.

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Unfortunately, you will need to complete the entire party (Jump & Party Room) and can get more jump time after the party ends. See your party host for pricing.

Yes! Elite Membership holders will get 20% off.  Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A 50%  deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus we offer flexible reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!
