Positions Available:

Event Coordinator: Book, confirm, and check-in events. Event Coordinators will also be responsible for calling potential groups to gauge interest in booking a group event, fundraiser, facility rental, etc.

Event Host: Help create a fun and engaging experience for guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance. Emphasis on in-room party activities.

Court Monitor: Work directly with guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards.

Cashier: Provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while maintaining the highest level of guest service.

Position Profile

Qualifications:
  • Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
  • Ability to enforce rules
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Responsibilities:
  • Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants.
  • Advocate Guest satisfaction / WoW!
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
  • Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
  • Assist with court inspections
  • Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested
  • Attend regularly scheduled Team Members meetings and in-service meetings and training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

Event Host

  • Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and Team Members
  • Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
  • Ability to enforce rules
  • Ability to handle large groups of children
  • Ability to engage Guests in conversation

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with Guests
  • Engage Guests (parents and children) in conversation
  • Create a Fun environment
  • Advocate Guest satisfaction / WoW!
  • Advocate risk management (Guest Rules communication)
  • Maintain party room to standard
  • Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
  • Serve refreshments
  • Create a party gift list of presents when necessary
  • Custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Cashier

Provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while maintaining the highest level of guest service.

  • Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Responsibilities:
  • Greet the Guests
  • Provide information
  • Explain Sky Zone court policies
  • Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies
  • Complete sales transactions and handle cash
  • Handle concessions orders
  • Stock concessions inventory
  • Enter data into computer system
  • Stock front desk supplies
  • Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Event Coordinator

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to add to our team! You must have prior success being an effective communicator. You must excel at leading by example, managing time, and not running out of energy. You must be able to work well as part of a team, be held accountable to agreed upon goals, and work outside your comfort zone.

Preferred Experience:
You should have at least one (1) year of experience working in sales, customer service, or retail. Experience working with children of all ages and their parents preferred. Sales & cold calling experience highly preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members
  • Ability to project voice and be heard in a load environment
  • Ability to enforce rules
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work in a face paced environment
  • Ability to pay attention to detail

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform all functions of event staff
  • Cold Calling
  • Welcome event guests, provide proper information on how their day will run
  • Assist event hosts with checking in/out guests
  • Answer phone inquiries about events
  • Community Out Reach
  • Book all types of reservations in system
  • Ensure all pre-arrival booking procedures are adhered to
  • Assist in event sales
  • Assist with management of inventory of event supplies
  • Greet and check in event guests
  • Make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule
  • Organize and file event folders
  • Attend all staff meetings
