Are socks required to jump?

Yes. We sell special SkySocks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?

Can I reuse my SkySocks?

Yes! Bring back your SkySocks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.

What are your hours?

Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week. Weekends are generally open for longer hours.

Is there an age limit for admittance?

All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.

Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?

Children under the age of 13 should not be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

Do you sell food and drinks?

Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.

  • Open jump is available during normal business hours
  • Weekends can get busy, so book your slot online and fill out the waiver in advance
  • Walk-ins welcome
  • Jump times start every 30 minutes
  • All ages are welcome and a SkyZone liability waiver is required for each jumper (those under 18 must have their waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian.
  • Standard orange Sky Socks can be purchased at the park and are yours to keep and reuse.
  • One jump pass allows access for the jumper to the entire park
Requirements
  • All jumpers require a valid liability waiver filled out by someone 18 or older and to wear Sky Socks while on the attractions.
  • GLOW requires: Shirt made of “glowing” materials (photo illumine-scent) are required at all times during “GLOW”. You may bring your own shirt or purchase one at Sky Zone. It is the discretion of Sky Zone management if a shirt meets the criteria for proper “glowing”. For safety reasons, the shirt must be worn at all times during “GLOW”

Why should I sign up for a Membership?

We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!​

What is a parent add-on Membership?

A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.

Are there black out dates for the Membership?

No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a 3-day heads up and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.

How do I cancel my Membership?

All cancellations must be submitted through the Membership Portal

Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?

Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
