The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Are there requirements to participate in GLOW?
Yes. A GLOW shirt and Sky Socks must be worn in order to jump. A GLOW shirt is available for purchase for $12 (20% off for members and pass holders) and can be re-used for future GLOW sessions.
A valid waiver is required for jumpers and observers.
Can I reuse my SkySocks or GLOW t-shirt?
Yes! Bring back both your Sky Socks and GLOW t-shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
What are your hours?
GLOW is currently available every day starting at 6pm.
Sunday-Thursday 6pm-9pm
Friday & Saturday 6pm-11pm
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone Los Angeles – Culver City. Jumpers must play within their physical limitations.
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 18 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
Terms and Conditions - GLOW Tickets
GLOW is included in all jump purchases or member reservations if jump time is reserved during GLOW hours.
Event requirements:
- All participants must wear GLOW t-shirts.
- Sky Socks are required to jump and are sold separately.
- All participants must have a valid waiver on file in order to access Sky Zone Los Angeles – Culver City.
- Age and height restrictions may apply based on park attractions.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Event capacity is limited; tickets may sell out.
- Attractions and features available during GLOW may vary by location and may be closed without notice for maintenance or other purposes.
- Guests may be asked to leave a Sky Zone park’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.
