Are there requirements to participate in GLOW?
Yes. A GLOW shirt and SkySocks must be worn in order to jump. A GLOW shirt is included with each ticket and can be re-used for future GLOW sessions.
A valid waiver is required for jumpers and observers.
Can I reuse my SkySocks or GLOW t-shirt?
Yes! Bring back both your SkySocks and GLOW t-shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
What are your hours?
GLOW is currently available on Fridays at participating locations. Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week.
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
Terms and Conditions - GLOW Tickets
GLOW is a separately ticketed special event held at participating Sky Zone locations. Availability, scheduling, and event format may vary by location. GLOW tickets are required for all participants during designated GLOW hours.
Event requirements:
- All participants must wear GLOW t-shirts or other designated clothing.
- SkySocks are required to jump and are sold separately.
- All participants must have a valid waiver on file in order to access Sky Zone facilities.
- Age and height restrictions may apply based on park attractions
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets are valid only for the specified GLOW event date and time selected at purchase.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Event capacity is limited; tickets may sell out.
- Attractions and features available during GLOW may vary by location and may be closed without notice for maintenance or other purposes.
- Guests may be asked to leave a Sky Zone park’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.
