Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.

Confirmation Call
After your initial booking, a representative from our Events Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to adjust the number of jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests! If you have any questions or updates leading up to the week of the party, please give us a call or email!

Early Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive at your scheduled event time. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team! Your host will set up the check-in bins 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We recommend coming no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time to put anything into storage and be ready for your guests!

Check-In
The first 30 minutes of your scheduled event time are to check all of your guests into the party. We recommend sending out the Waiver link to get everyone into our system ahead of time. The 30 minutes are to check waivers, pass out socks and wristbands, and organize shoes, jackets and gifts. If your check-in is less than 30 minutes, your group will get extra jump time!

Time to Jump!
You and your party guests get an all-access pass to our state-of-the-art facility! All the attractions are included in the jump time, so no one misses out on the fun! As of 4/1/24, we do not have our Rock-Climbing attraction included in parties due to maintenance and limited walls being open. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake! We have event assistants that will take care of room set up for you while parents and guests can enjoy the party with the host! They will be with the jumpers from start to finish!

Please note that we do book at least 2 weeks in advance and book up quickly. We ask that you book for the number of jumpers you are INVITING, for proper staffing. You will not pay for additional jumpers that do not show up!

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So, we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Please book for the Maximum number of jumpers you plan on inviting, this way we can properly staff your party! The week of your event we will give a confirmation call to touch base and begin adjusting. The final headcount will be adjusted the day of the party based on who attends, so you will only be charged for who shows up as long as it is at least the 10 kids included in the package. (11 with the Birthday Child!) If you end up with more jumpers than originally scheduled for, we cannot guarantee we will have the proper amount of Sky Zone team members to host your event, which is why we prefer you would book for the maximum.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Our Party Packages each include 10 Kids + The Birthday Child so technically 11 Jumpers all together! $30/Additional Jumper after that.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All of your guests should arrive for the time selected at booking! i.e. if you book a 2pm time slot, please invite your guests to arrive at 2pm!

 

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. If you wish to upgrade your package or add on additional jump time, please contact Sky Zone Norwalk. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Our ELITE Members get 20% off all Birthday Party Packages!

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card if you wish to cancel your event. You may also reschedule your event to any other day depending on availability.
