Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?
Any Guests that will be joining the Guest of Honor and participating on the attractions in the park during play time! If you have Guests that will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the jumper count.
Can I add jumpers after I book the party?
Absolutely! If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 3 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.
Is the birthday child included in the count?
Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get SkySocks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party.
Are socks required to jump?
Yes. We sell special SkySocks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure—plus, you get to keep them after your visit! Because who wants to jump in used socks, anyway?
How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?
All ages are welcome.
When should everyone arrive for the party?
All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.
What does the party host do?
Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!
Who needs waivers and how do we sign?
All jumpers and observers entering the attractions area MUST have a signed waiver on file. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.
Tip for a Seamless Check-In: To make sure your guests can head straight to the attractions, please encourage all parents to sign their waivers online before arriving at the park. Since every jumper and observer is required to have a signed waiver on file, having these completed in advance ensures that check-in is a breeze and doesn’t cut into your scheduled party time!
Can I add extra jump time?
Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more! Just give our Events Team a call. Additional jump time would be added to the front end of your party, which would make your party check-in time earlier. Party room time would still be reserved for after jump time is complete.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation? What if I need to cancel?
A 50% deposit is required to complete your booking.
Deposits for last-minute parties (within 72 hours) are non-refundable. Deposits for all other parties are fully refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Your deposit will be applied to your entire party on the day of the event.
When is the final payment due for my party?
To make your event as smooth as possible, we settle the majority of your balance at check-in.
- Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- At Check-In: The remaining balance is paid, with the exception of a $20 open tab. This $20 remains open during your party, so you can easily add extra food, drinks, or add-ons throughout.
- At Check-Out: At the end of your event, you’ll settle this final $20 (plus any extras) and have the opportunity to add a tip for your Party Host.
When will we have access to our party space?
Your dedicated party space is available for the final hour of your event, immediately following your scheduled jump time. This hour is the designated time for pizza, cake, and celebrations!
Can I get into the space early to decorate?
We know you want everything to look perfect! You may access your room 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled sit-down time to set up decorations.
Note: Early access is subject to space availability and the park’s schedule. Please inquire with your Party Host upon arrival to see exactly when your room will be ready for setup.
Will we have the space for the entire duration of the party?
No. To ensure every guest has a clean and prepared space, spaces are only available for the decorating window and the one-hour sit-down time. While your jumpers are on the court, our team is busy preparing the space specifically for your group.
Where do we put our belongings while the kids are jumping?
Don’t worry about your coats or gifts! When you check in, your Party Host will provide a designated storage area (such as a rolling cart or cubby) to keep your items until your space is ready for move-in.
Can we split our jump time (e.g., jump for one hour, eat, then jump for another hour)?
To provide the best experience for your guests and maintain the flow of the park, jump time cannot be split. For our Mega Package, the schedule is fixed as follows:
- First 2 Hours: Active jump time on the courts.
- Final 1 Hour: Party space access for pizza, cake, and celebrations.
Why can’t we sandwich the sit-down time between jumps?
There are two main reasons we schedule parties this way:
- Safety & Comfort: Jumping on a full stomach immediately after eating isn’t ideal for our jumpers! We want everyone to feel their best while they fly.
- Room Logistics: Our party spaces are high-demand spaces. By scheduling the sit-down time at the end, we ensure your space is freshly cleaned and your food is served hot and fresh exactly when the jumping ends.
Can I bring outside food/drinks?
With the EPIC and MEGA VIP party packages, you can bring additional food and/or beverages for no extra charge. If you purchased the BASIC party package you can bring food and beverages for a $50 fee. Adult beverages are prohibited.
Is there a birthday party discount for Members?
Yes! Elite Members receive a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Team for details to apply your Member Discount.
Elite Members - Terms and Conditions
Discount only valid for Elite Members who have active membership on the day the party is hosted. Void where prohibited by law. Only valid at Sky Zone parks. Discount or these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. All guests must have valid waivers on file. No cash redemption or transfer of discount permitted. Taxes may apply. All sales are final. Restrictions may apply based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance. Guests may be asked to leave a Sky Zone park’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.
