Sales Associate Duties include:

  • Membership Sales: Offering and selling our Play Everyday Memberships to every guest. Tracking and meeting sales goals. Participating in weekly sales meetings and training.

ALL employees will assist in:
  • Maintaining a safe environment: The primary responsibility of a team member is to maintain a safe environment. Team members are required to know and enforce all park safety rules. Team members must remain engaged and focused, particularly while supervising the arena.
  • Providing a pleasant experience: Team members are expected to always treat park guests with respect and to exhibit exceptional customer service to help all guests have a pleasant, positive experience. If a guest seems upset for any reason, team members should immediately ask for a shift lead to get involved.
  • Maintaining a clean environment: Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean park environment by completing assigned daily and weekly janitorial duties.

Manager On Duty

Part Time

The Manager On Duty role is critical to the park's success. It includes performing a variety of duties, including opening and closing responsibilities such as assigning tills and preparing deposits, ensuring staffing is adequate to support guests and programs, conducting pre-shift meetings with the team, managing cleaning responsibilities, etc.

Also, the MOD is tasked with ensuring the park is a safe and fun environment by conducting park walks to support the team, interact with Guests and observe and fix any problems with courts and system operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team at Sky Zone Mt Sinai. Sky Zone is the innovative creator of indoor trampoline parks where the goal is to provide awesome, healthy, fun for our guests! We are currently seeking an experienced Manager who thrives on delivering a WOW customer experience. This is a fast paced, fun and exciting environment requiring a high-energy person with excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. This role also requires that you excel at team member relations - guaranteeing an uplifting and engaging experience for our staff and customers. This position works weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities

The Operations Manager at Sky Zone is an important leader on the park management team. In coordination with other members of the management team, this position is responsible for ensuring all elements of park safety, Team Member training, guest experience and logistics are executed to standard and team communication is coordinated and effective. The Manager’s ability to make sound decisions and tackle guest experience challenges is a key element to our success. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the park, safety, and logistical functions. Serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD) is a primary responsibility.

The responsibilities include:
  • Team Member Training and Communication and focuses on ensuring the team is well-trained, new Team Members are on-boarded effectively and all are knowledgeable of park offerings and programs.
  • Events logistics which includes the coordination of the Events Team to Deliver WoW to birthday party and other event groups.
  • Administrative needs in the parks; scheduling, Team Member reviews, inventory management, survey management, etc
  • Marketing and Sales via social media, in park advertising, marketing events and customer visits
  • Consistently demonstrate Sky Zone’s core values (Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good and Deliver WoW) for Team Members and guests. Motivate the team and drive Sky Zone culture within the park.
  • Function as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and confidently function in and train all Team Member roles and responsibilities.
  • Deliver on the park’s monthly departmental goals by anticipating and recognizing business opportunities and leading the team to meet them.
  • Adopt and maintain Sky Zone standards, policies and procedures at all times including but not limited to: waiver policy, ASTM standards, court rules, guest service, food safety, etc.
  • Provide the team with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment
  • Resolve guest service issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure Team Members are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promotions offered
  • Coach, mentor, evaluate and recognize Team Members to Deliver WoW.
  • Ensure the park is clean, organized and ready to Deliver Wow at all times
  • Complete and maintain injury and incident records using the Sky Zone Forms Application.
  • Interview, hire, and evaluate Team Members. Maintain HR documentation for all Team Members under the direction of the General Manager
  • Train all new Team Members to successfully function in their Sky Zone roles, provide development and re-training opportunities as needed, and ensure all Team Members receive any necessary training on programs and promotions running in the park.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a related field
  • Proven ability to motivate a team and drive culture to create results
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a fun, friendly environment
  • Previous management experience with new-to-the-workforce, part-time staff
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing environment
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Previous cash handling experience

Imagine working for a company that provides unmatched, out-of-this-world, high-flying active fun for all ages. Since 2004, Sky Zone has grown to include over 300 locations and has been awarded numerous accolades from organizations like Forbes and Inc. We're currently looking to expand our service center capacity and add Sales Specialists to our Pittston, PA location! You must be able to commute to our call center location and work in conditions typical to a normal office environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer problems while generating a Wow experience
  • Sell parties and programs unique to Sky Zone
  • Outbound calling to potential new clients and groups

Booking a party at Sky Zone is no small deal, Sky Zone is the best place to host group outings and birthday parties. Because we are the best, we need specialists who will work with guests on the phone and via email to discuss our group and party packages. With trampolines, rock climbing walls, dodgeball, jousting and more we offer plenty of variety for families of all sizes. This is where you come in. Our party packages are the best, and we need team members to tell our guests why they should pick Sky Zone for their next outing. You will never see the guests as you will be working from our sales center, so sell them with your personality. Strong computer skills are required since our parties are customizable for every guest. Every guest will want something different; we adapt and want to build them the best party ever!

  • Scheduling is super flexible, and we are never here past 8 pm.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Communication Center Experience preferred but not required
  • Be able to type at least 40WPM
  • Customer Service Experience preferred but not required
  • Flexible hours work while the kids are in school
