We are looking for mature applicants with work experience in the customer service field.

The Sky Zone Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your ability to set up systems, organize work flow and lead our team in creating an amazing guest experience is fundamental to the success of the business.

Job responsibilities include:
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility while acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Act as eyes and ears on the floor to ensure the ultimate guest experience.
  • Oversee facility and court inspections to ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
  • Schedule and oversee our maintenance team
  • Inventory Management

Guest Experience:

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively addressing customer inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate parties and booking events.

Call Center Rep

Profile
The Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing effective guest service to all Sky Zone call center guests by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures. In addition, the Call Center Representative will be need to apply basic sales techniques in order to suggest services that best meet the needs of our guests. This role supports the network through the embodiment of Sky Zone's Core Values, promoting Awesome, Healthy, Fun through WoW experiences. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling guest inquiries while keeping guest satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
This position will be required to fill-in where needed at busy times to ensure park operations is not interrupted.
