Job Summary: As a Manager at Sky Zone, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the park’s success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You’ll also have the opportunity to train and develop our team members and ensure that Sky Zone’s core values are upheld at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility through routine inspections and maintenance activities.
• Uphold Sky Zone’s Core Values: Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good, and Deliver Great Guest Experiences.
• Train and develop team members, including court monitors, to ensure high standards are met.
• Act as Manager on Duty and confidently perform all court monitor roles and responsibilities.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, enforcing safety rules, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist in implementing emergency procedures and ensuring guests follow safety regulations.
• Perform various maintenance duties, including cleaning restrooms and trash removal.
• Meet sales goals and effectively communicate with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Two years of management experience in a related field.
• Previous experience managing young, part-time staff.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Experience with employee scheduling and cash handling.
• First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

The Team Member will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. The specialized areas Team Member could work in any of the following positions: Cashier, Court Monitor, and/or Events.

General Tasks and Duties

• Deliver WoW Guest experiences
• Accurate cash handling and till management
• Greet and assist Guests
• Advocate Guest satisfaction and WoW!
• Ensure that all jumpers have a valid waiver, proper footwear, and are aware of the risks included with jumping
• Explain Sky Zone court policies
• Explain and promote add-on opportunities and sales initiatives
• Handle concession orders
• Stock inventory
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Advocate risk management
• Report and assist in handling injuries
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
• Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
• Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as scheduled, or requested
• Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and in-service meetings/training sessions
• Other duties as assigned
