What a great summer me and my kids had coming here. All the staff was so nice. Why should I sign up for a Membership?

We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!​

What is a parent add-on Membership?

A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.

Are there black out dates for the Membership?

No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a heads up of at least 3 business days and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.

How do I cancel my Membership?

All cancellations must be submitted through the Member Portal

Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?

Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.

What are SkyBucks?

SkyBucks are a new Sky Zone branded play money that is exclusive to Sky Zone San Diego-Miramar. Once per day, a member can check in at Guest Service using their membership and will receive 1 SkyBuck which can be used at our Member Market for member exclusive prizes!

What is the Member Market?

The Member Market is a pop up stand that will appear twice a month inside the San Diego-Miramar store. At the Member Market, members can redeem their SkyBucks for exclusive Member only prizes such as Legos, squishies, candy, and so much more! The Member Market is only available for a short time so be sure to come in on those days to spend your SkyBucks!

How do I know what events are coming up?

All of our Member Only Events will be posted on the Member Calendar which can be viewed inside the park, on the Member page on the website, and on all social media platforms!
