Can I upgrade from Basic or Elite to new Elite+ at anytime?
Yes! Give us a call at (858) 779-2377 and we will be happy to upgrade you.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Where can I use my Membership?
For Basic, Elite & Elite+ your membership is only valid at the park where it was purchased
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone.
Is my Membership transferrable?
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest.
On what day of the month will my credit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up.
