Using someone else’s Membership number and/or card is ground for membership termination and possible banning from Sky Zone. Members are responsible for keeping track of their billing date and ensuring cancellation requests are submitted within the required timeframe. Refunds are not granted for prior periods regardless of Membership usage. Memberships are individual and cannot be used for anyone other than the Member. Once a recurring payment has been processed, cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and does not automatically qualify the member for a refund of the payment already processed. Can I upgrade from Basic to Elite at anytime?
Yes! Next time you’re in the park, please let us know at check-in!
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be only be applied to the Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child. Please see a sales associate for more information!
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Our membership benefits do have blackout dates, but only apply when the facility is reserved for a private rental. During these times, we are unable to offer regular membership access because the space has been exclusively reserved for the renting party. Please check the website for updates.
Where can I use my Membership?
Basic memberships can be used at any time during operational hours on the weekdays. Friday-Sunday Basic memberships must check in before 1pm. Elite memberships can come any time! Only 1 check in allowed per day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. please log into your Member Portal account and manage from there. For billing it is required that your cancellation is captured in the system at least 3 business days prior to your regular monthly billing date in order to avoid additional billing.
Is my Membership transferrable?
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest.
On what day of the month will my credit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up.
