Are there requirements to participate in GLOW?
Yes. A GLOW shirt and SkySocks must be worn in order to jump. GLOW can be re-used for future GLOW sessions.
A valid waiver is required for jumpers and observers.
Can I reuse my SkySocks or GLOW t-shirt?
Yes! Bring back both your SkySocks and GLOW t-shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
What are your hours?
GLOW is currently available on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM!
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
GLOW Tickets - General Terms and Conditions
GLOW is a separately ticketed type of jump session held at participating Sky Zone® locations (each a “Location”). Availability, scheduling, and format for GLOW jump sessions may vary by Location. GLOW tickets are required for all participants during designated GLOW jump sessions.
Terms and Conditions:
- All participants are required to wear a GLOW T-shirt during GLOW sessions. GLOW T-shirts are sold separately and are not included with admission. T-shirts in good condition may be reused for future GLOW events.
- SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact the Location for details.
- All guests must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone facilities.
- Restrictions may apply at the Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.
- GLOW jump sessions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
- Tickets are valid only for their specified GLOW jump session date and time.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- GLOW jump session capacity is limited. GLOW admission is not guaranteed at any time or to anyone especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
- Buddy passes cannot be redeemed toward GLOW jump sessions.
GLOW Tickets - Membership Benefits
Membership Benefits:
Active Elite Members are eligible to receive 25% off regular-priced GLOW tickets at Locations. In all instances, complimentary GLOW jump sessions and discounted GLOW tickets (as applicable to their corresponding membership types) are subject to Locations’ capacity restrictions.
Eligibility:
- Valid only for Members with current, active Sky Zone memberships at Locations at the time of purchasing and redeeming GLOW tickets as follows:
- Elite Members are eligible to receive twenty five percent (25%) off regular-priced GLOW tickets at Locations.
- Membership status will be verified at the time of booking online and/or checking-in at a Location.
- Offer valid for the eligible Member’s ticket only; additional guests may purchase regular-priced GLOW tickets at each Location’s current pricing.
How to redeem: GLOW membership benefits (as applicable to their corresponding membership types) may be redeemed online or in-park at a Location. Each Member must log in with their associated membership account or present proof of their eligible membership in-park to redeem.
Additional Terms:
- Void where prohibited by law. GLOW jump sessions, the membership benefits identified above, or these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
- GLOW jump session capacity is limited. GLOW admission is not guaranteed at any time or to anyone, especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
- The GLOW membership benefits identified above cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- The GLOW membership benefits identified above cannot be redeemed for cash.
- GLOW membership benefits apply only to an eligible Member’s standard GLOW admission and cannot be applied to any add-ons, food & beverage, or merchandise at Locations.
- Buddy passes cannot be redeemed toward GLOW jump sessions.
