Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. ​

Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get SkySocks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party. ​

All your guests will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!​

All guests (including babies and grandparents) need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

No. All parties have to stick with their time frame. Time frame varies for each package. We do not suggest jumping after the party is over since all your jumpers will be full of pizza and cake. If you choose to purchase more jump time after the party ends, you are more than welcome to! We just need the party room back at the end of your scheduled time frame!​

50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. You are able to add on additional jumpers, food, drinks, extras at a later date as well. 

We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. All party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus we offer flexible reschedule policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!

• We do ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your party start time, just so we can have enough time to check in all of your jumpers checked in. 
• Each package contains 10 jumpers.
• We also ask that the waivers are signed before you arrive, however we do offer waiver stations inside the park.
• Please remember that everyone is required to fill out the brand new waivers, whether they’re jumping or not. This includes newborns and parents. Everyone attending the party will need to check in with the party host to receive a wristband.

• Each additional jumper will be an additional price.
• Party packages cannot be downgraded.
• Absolutely no outside food or drink is permitted with an exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes. Ice cream is not permitted, but an ice cream cake is allowed.
• Your party room will NOT be available immediately upon arrival. It will be available the second hour of the party to decorate, but we are unable to provide the room sooner and cannot extend party room time.
• Parties must stick to our strict time frame. Time frame varies for each package. 
• All parties are nonrefundable, but are transferable.
• All jumpers must be 2 or older in order to jump. 
• Please refrain from bringing confetti or loose glitter, as it is prohibited in our park.
• Please remember that drugs or alcohol of any kind, is not permitted on the property and any violation of this will result in termination of the party without a refund. Guests that appear to be under the influence, will not be allowed to jump.

• Due to tight party constraints, the party time frame cannot be extended. Your room will become available after jump time and we require the room back at the end of your party, as we cannot extend party room time.
• We ask that you treat your party host, and all of the Sky Zone staff with respect and courtesy. Those that don’t comply, will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
• All party guests must fill out NEW WAIVERS, even if they’re not jumping (includes newborns and grandparents) and check in with the party host to receive a jump time or an observer wristband.
• All jumpers must be 2 or older in order to jump
• Outside food and drink is NOT allowed in our park. Ice cream is NOT permitted.
• Drugs or alcohol of any kind are NOT tolerated inside or outside our facility. We will terminate the party without a refund if this is violated!
• Guests that are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, will NOT be allowed to jump.(This includes guests that smell of marijuana)
• Please refrain from using profanity. This is a family venue.
• Your guests are your responsibility.
• Failure to comply with any of the above policies will result in termination of the party without a refund. You and your entire party will be asked to leave the park. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at anytime.
• We appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to provide a safe, family atmosphere for everyone!
