Court Monitor

Court Monitors will work directly with guests providing courteous, inspiring and friendly supervision while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations on the courts.

Ability to speak with confidence in front of groups of all ages
Skill to project voice and be heard in a loud and fast-paced environment
Ability to display fun, firm and fair supervision all at the same time, encouraging an awesome experience while keeping all guests safe
Ability to manage conflict and recurring challenges
 
Responsibilities:
Enforce all safety rules
Pay undivided attention to assigned court at all times while being highly interactive with jumpers
Plainly and respectfully communicate court rules to all guests as often as necessary
Maintain safety of all guests by staying focused on the entire court and each jumper’s behavior
Maintain positive relations and rapport with guests while being firm and fair
Perform emergency procedures with confidence and urgency
Assist with court inspections as required
Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as required
Maintain an impeccably clean work area
Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings, mandatory trainings and other required park functions
Other duties as assigned

Event Host

The Event Host is the face of “awesome, healthy, fun” to every party and event participant, eliminating every element of stress for mom and dad while infusing an astonishing amount of fun and “happy” into the entire experience.

Ability to use cleaning supplies and janitorial duties as required

Engage parents and children every minute of the big event

Calm unsettled parents and provide amiable solutions as required. No parent leaves unhappy
Eliminate every ounce of party stress from the parents
Assist guests from the time they pull up to the park until the time they drive away
Serve refreshments and clean up throughout the event
Maintain a professional gift registry as needed
Flex as additional responsibilities will fluctuate contingent on party package
Maintain an impeccably clean work area
Assists with party clean up and set up as required
Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings, mandatory trainings and other required park functions
Other duties as assigned

Cashier

Cashiers processes all guest transactions at the park; including waivers, sales transactions and recommending products and services to make their experience as awesome as possible while delivering highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities;
Greet every guest with a cheery “welcome to Sky Zone, Ventura”!
Acknowledge all guests with an awesome smile and attitude while they wait for their turn to check-in
Guarantee that waiver process is complete and seamless for the guest
Process sales transactions and various forms of payment
Minimize wait times and when appropriate request back up assistance
Plainly and respectfully communicate park policies (as applicable) to all guests
Build the type of relationships with guests that keep them coming back and asking for you
Inspire awesome, healthy fun in every interaction
Retain parents and children interests as their transaction is being processed
Foster an environment that defines over the top fun
Inspire guests in the flight check-in area, even when they are not the next in line
Calm unsettled parents and provide amiable solutions as required. No parent or guest leaves unhappy
