Both plans bill monthly and continue until cancelled after the three-month minimum. Taxes apply. Free friend admission is available only at scheduled Members Nights; check event dates and details before visiting.

Self-Manage your Membership online through your Sky Zone Online Account
To reserve jump time, choose your session, then select Apply a discount → Redeem now → Membership and enter your active membership number. Check that your membership benefit is applied before completing your reservation.

Why should I sign up for a Membership?
Choose the Wichita membership that fits your visits: Basic includes two hours of weekday jump time and two hours before 1 p.m. on weekends. Elite includes unlimited weekday jump time and up to two hours per day on weekends. Both are billed monthly with a three-month minimum commitment. Compare current prices and benefits above.
Can I use a 3rd party app or website to cancel my Sky Zone Membership?
Third-party websites are not authorized to cancel Sky Zone Memberships. To cancel, log in to your Sky Zone Online Account.

What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Extra Play Monthly Membership or Elite Membership so that the parent or legal guardian can enjoy 2 hours of jump time per visit alongside their minor child who is enrolled as an Extra Play or Elite Monthly Member for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Access depends on your plan and the time limits shown in the comparison. Basic includes weekday jumping and weekend jumping before 1 p.m.; Elite includes weekday and weekend access. Admission is subject to park hours, capacity and applicable membership terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Basic and Elite memberships are billed monthly with a three-month minimum commitment. After the first three months, your membership continues month to month until you cancel. Give us at least 3 business days to process your cancellation. Your benefits remain available until your cancellation date.

Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
How can I pay for my monthly Membership?
You can pay with a major credit card. Gift Cards are not accepted as payment for Memberships.
