Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
Can I use a 3rd party app or website to cancel my Sky Zone Membership?
Third-party websites are not authorized to cancel Sky Zone Memberships. To cancel, log in to your account via our Member Portal.
How much is a parent add-on to a Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement (1 months). Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone.
How do I cancel my Membership?
All cancellations must be submitted through the Member Portal
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
How can I pay for my monthly Membership?
You can pay with a major credit card. Gift Cards are not accepted as payment for Memberships.
