The Guest of Honor and any jumpers that will be joining the Guest of Honor in participating on the attractions in the park during jump time should be included as birthday jumpers. If you have any guests who will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the jumper count, but they will still need a liability waiver on file to be in the park to release us from liability for any personal injuries.​

Absolutely!  If you would like to add any additional jumpers to your party package, we do suggest adding them 24-72 hours in advance of the date of your party to ensure that they are accounted for. Our Event Coordinator will give you call 72 hours before your party date. We suggest adding over the phone before your party in the event that we reach capacity during the day of your party while we are trying to add those additional jumpers and they do not get to jump due to us being completely booked. In these instances, we cannot add more jumpers due to a safety concern for other guests.​

Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get Sky Zone Safety Socks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party jump time. ​

All ages are welcome to have a birthday party with us!

All guests will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your party jump time since all of our party packages start off with a 20-minute check-in period before jumping officially starts. Your check in starts at the time you have selected for your booking and ends 20 minutes after. This allows time for all jumpers and observers to get checked in, have waivers verified, and receive Sky Zone Safety Socks and wristbands to utilize our attractions. Lastly, all jumpers and all observers, our NON-jumpers, must have a liability waiver on file to be in the park.

Party Hosts will do everything to make your overall party experience as seamless as possible, including checking in all jumpers and observers and verifying their waivers during the designated 20-minute check-in period, adjusting booking details, staying in communication with party guests, assisting in party room set-up and clean up, serving party pizzas, unlimited drinks, and desserts, and engaging with guests and jumpers during party room time to foster a fun and interactive experience!​

All jumpers and all observers, our NON-jumpers, need a signed liability waiver specific to this location. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here. Please feel free to share this with your expected party guests to facilitate and expedite the check-in process so we can get to the fun part which is having fun and flying safe!

Yes!  We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our attractions even more!  Just give our Event Coordinator at the park a call or wait for their confirmation call 72 hours before your party date.  Additional jump time can be added after your originally scheduled party jump time during party room time. Party room time would still be reserved for the same time unless more room time was added as well. Lastly, we do suggest adding any additional jump time to your party package at least 24-72 hours in advance to ensure that time is accounted for especially if your party falls on one of our busier weekend days where reaching capacity for day of bookings is a possibility!

Yes! Our Elite Members offer receive a 20% discount on regular-priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator or any manager at the park to apply your membership discount if you are having difficulty applying it online or if you decide to book with them over the phone!

All of our birthday parties do require a $100 deposit  at the time of booking online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator in order to officially reserve the party. The deposit will be applied to the total amount of whatever is booked for the party. 

We get it, life happens! Don’t stress. Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Plus, we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event!

Terms & conditions apply. Offer valid for “Mega VIP” parties booked
between 8/26/24-9/30/24. Void where prohibited by law. Sky Zone may
modify or discontinue the offer or these terms and conditions at any time in
our sole discretion, with or without notice.
The offer shall only be valid for the guest that is celebrating their birthday
party (the “guest of honor”) related to the event. Offer, voucher and
membership may not be transferred, licensed or assigned.
The 3-month membership shall begin immediately on the date of activation.
The membership must be activated no later than 12/31/2024, or it shall
automatically become invalid.
Membership offer only valid for new members. Membership offer only
applicable for “Mega VIP” birthday party package. Membership offer cannot
be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Membership offer is contingent upon all amounts owed under the birthday
party package being paid in full, and compliance with all rules and
regulations of Sky Zone staff before, during and after the event.
Offer not redeemable for the cash value of the 3-month membership.
Membership, once redeemed, may be revoked anytime during the 90-day
membership period in the reasonable discretion of Sky Zone in the event
that the member violates the terms and conditions.
SkySocks required to be purchased and worn by all event guests and any
visits subject to the membership. SkySocks not included with the “elitelevel” membership.
