Will a Membership save me money?
Absolutely! Our memberships are so affordable, they pay for themselves after just one use!
Can I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Membership by submitting a cancelation form. Cancelations can be submitted online or in-park. Cancelations must be made 7 business days prior to the auto-renew date, or you will be charged for the following month.
Is my Membership transferrable?
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own membership so you can use the benefits together!
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at. We are so happy to have you apart of our family at Sky Zone Boston Heights.
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for one small price each month.
On what day of the month will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up.
Can I freeze my membership?
We know life happens and your schedule changes! At this time, if you cannot use your membership more than once per month, you can cancel your membership after completing the initial commitment and come back to re-sign up when your schedule permits!

Is there an age limit?
Nope! All ages are welcome to become a member. If they can walk, they are able to jump!
