Now that your jump time is over…let’s party!

Following your scheduled jump time, you and your party guests will have access (for 60 minutes) to one of our three party rooms. Included in all party packages, our party rooms come fully stocked with; plates, cups, napkins, and eating utensils for all of your party needs.

*You will not have access to your party room until after your jump time. If you would like to set-up decorations for your party room, please notify us prior to your scheduled party date.  We will make sure you with the assistance from your party host have 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party room time to set-up decorations. Party rooms are selected based on the scheduled party time, specific party rooms are not guaranteed. Please call the park at 234-249-3030 for additional assistance, thank you!

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper, but will need to sign a waiver.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact us by phone 72 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of Sky Socks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All guests entering the park will need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. 30-minutes of jump time can be added for your party guests. This must be arranged through your party planner prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! The Elite Membership includes a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 or $150 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit amount depends on your party package and is applied to the total amount.

Can I add upgrade or downgrade my party package?

We will do our best to accommodate party add on’s on the same day of your event. However, due to scheduling, inventory, & capacity reasons we ask that you give us a 72 hour notice if you would like to add on extras like food, party favors & jumpers. Once your party package is booked, we cannot upgrade or downgrade to a different package. We will not issue refunds if you have less jumpers show up than what your package includes.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are required to put down a deposit at the time of event booking. That deposit is fully refundable until up to 7 days prior to your party. If you wish to cancel your party within 7 days of the event, we will put your deposit on a Sky Zone Boston Heights Gift Card and no refund will be allowed. We can also reschedule your event to a different date/time. If you need to cancel your event, you will not be permitted to re-book your event for up to 7 days from your cancellation date.
