With so many ways to play, we ask every Guest to do their part by following the rules, watching out for others and playing responsibly.

Sky Zone is designed for everyone, and we want every Guest to have a safe and fun experience.
Before you jump, please review the rules below, watch the Sky Zone safety video, and pay attention to the safety signage throughout the park, including the Safety Zone.
KNOW YOUR LIMITS
Stay in your comfort zone. Never attempt a jump, flip, trick or activity you aren’t comfortable performing or don’t feel prepared to handle. Flips and other tricks can result in serious injury and are performed at your own risk.
COURT ACTIVITIES
Please do not participate in court activities unless a Sky Zone Team Member is present.
FOLLOW THE RULES
Our safety rules are there to protect you and the Guests around you. Failure to follow Sky Zone rules or Team Member instructions may result in the loss of jump time, without a refund.
CAST POLICY
For your safety and to allow proper healing of personal injuries, Guests with soft or hard casts are not permitted to participate in Sky Zone activities.

Everyone entering a Sky Zone court or activity area must have a valid Sky Zone waiver completed before participating.
Guests under 18 must have their waiver completed and signed by a parent, legal guardian or authorized representative with power of attorney.

Before participating, Guests and accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring that:
- All required waivers are properly completed and signed.
- All participants have viewed the Sky Zone rules and safety video.
- All participants have read and understand the rules posted throughout the park.
- All participants have valid jump or activity time before entering any trampoline court or activity area.
- All participants understand and agree to follow all Sky Zone rules and Team Member instructions.
- All participants are in good health and have no medical or physical restrictions that would prevent safe participation.
- Personal items, including eyeglasses, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones and cameras, are securely fastened, impact-resistant and appropriate for an active sports environment.
- Participants remain aware of their surroundings and take responsibility for avoiding contact with other Guests.
- Participants understand and respect their own physical limitations.
- All posted rules and directions from Sky Zone Team Members are followed.
- No one enters or participates while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Children under 13 are supervised by a parent or legal guardian and are not left unattended.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guns, knives, sharp objects and weapons of any kind are prohibited on Sky Zone property.
PARK SAFETY
We take safety seriously because we want you to spend your time jumping, playing and having fun, not worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.
Here’s what we do to help keep Sky Zone safe:
- Safety signs are posted throughout the park. Our Team Members are always happy to remind Guests of the rules when needed.
- Team Members are stationed throughout the park to monitor activities, enforce safety rules and assist in the event of an injury.
- Routine safety inspections are performed to help ensure our attractions and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Springs are covered between trampoline mats wherever applicable to help reduce the risk of injury.
- Activity-area posts are padded to help protect Guests from impact.
- Safety netting is strategically placed to separate attractions and help protect Guests from steel framework.
- Trampoline mats, pads and decking surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Our Team Members do their part, and we ask every Guest to do theirs by following the rules and listening to Team Member instructions.

Freestyle Jump

JUMP SAFELY
- Jump at your own risk. Flips and other tricks can be dangerous. Only attempt activities and skills you are confident you can safely perform.
- Wear SkySocks. Remove your street shoes before entering the courts and wear approved SkySocks at all times.
- Empty your pockets. Remove all items before jumping, including keys, key chains and other loose objects.
- Remove all jewelry. This includes earrings, necklaces, rings and other jewelry that could cause injury.
- Walk on and off the courts. Never run onto or off the trampoline courts.
- Stay in control. Maintain control of your body at all times. Aggressive or reckless behavior is not permitted.
- Master the basics first. Become comfortable with basic single-trampoline jumping before attempting advanced skills such as aerials or flips.
- Land safely. Whenever possible, land on both feet and bend your knees to absorb your landing and control your bounce.
- Always bounce on the center of the trampoline.
- Always land on the closest trampoline when bouncing and flipping off of trampoline side walls.
- Always be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar age/size.
- Always prevent collisions.
- Always follow all park rules and Team Member instructions.

- Sit or lie down on the trampoline courts.
- Land on safety pads, your head or your neck.
- Attempt dangerous or advanced tricks beyond your ability.
- Double bounce or intentionally interfere with another jumper’s bounce.
- Attempt double flips.
- Perform more than two consecutive single flips.
- Jump with anything in your mouth, including gum, candy, food or drinks.
- Run or race across the trampoline courts.
- Push, tackle or engage in aggressive behavior.
- Touch perimeter netting or top pads.
- Throw balls toward another Guest’s head or neck.
- Jump in wet clothing or with unapproved body paint.
- Enter or participate in an activity unless a Sky Zone Team Member is present.
- Take unnecessary risks or attempt activities you are not prepared to perform safely.
- Jump directly from a trampoline onto the decking.
- Dive headfirst into a foam pit.
- Attempt gainers.

- Swing the jousting stick above your head.
- Intentionally throw the jousting stick.
- Hit or strike an opponent after they have fallen.
- Run toward your opponent.

- Use side walls safely. When bouncing or flipping from a trampoline side wall, land on the closest available trampoline.
- Follow Team Member instructions. All park rules and directions from Sky Zone Team Members must be followed.

Dodgeball Game
DODGEBALL RULES
HOW TO PLAY
- Two teams begin on opposite sides of the court with an equal number of players and balls.
- The game begins when a Sky Zone Team Member signals the start.
- Players may retrieve balls from the trampoline line dividing the two sides.
- Each game has a time limit.
- The first team to eliminate all opposing players wins, or the team with the most players remaining when time expires wins.
- Tournament and league play may use additional or modified rules.
HOW YOU’RE ELIMINATED
You are out if:
- You are hit by a live ball thrown by an opposing player.
- A ball you throw is caught by an opposing player.
- You cross the center line.
- A Sky Zone Team Member or referee calls you out.
- You engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.
- You make a suicide throw.
- You are hit in the head while ducking, dodging or intentionally lowering your head.
No intentional head shots. Intentionally targeting another player’s head or neck is prohibited and may result in an immediate out or removal from the game.
Once you are out, leave the court and return to the designated waiting area until the next game.
LIVE AND DEAD BALLS
- A ball becomes dead once it hits a non-human object, including the floor, walls, netting or other equipment.
- You may use a ball in your hands to block an incoming throw.
- If a blocked ball causes you to drop the ball you are holding, you are out.
- If a blocked ball deflects and still hits you, you are out.
- If a teammate blocks a throw and the deflected ball hits you, you are out.
CATCHES
If you catch a live ball thrown by an opposing player, the thrower is out.
If your team catches an opposing player’s throw, one teammate who has been out the longest may return to the game.
SAFETY
- No head shots or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- No suicide throws.
- Stay on your side of the center line.
- Exit the court immediately when you are called out.
- Follow all park rules and Team Member instructions.
Dodgeball

For everyone’s safety:
- Follow all park rules and Sky Zone Team Member instructions.
- Watch for Guests entering or moving through the court area and be aware of cross traffic.
- Stay off the tops of all vertical trampoline walls and beds.
- Be aware of the age and size of other players and play accordingly.
- Exit the court immediately when you are called out.
Do not
DODGEBALL: DO NOT
For everyone’s safety and fair play, do not:
- Throw a ball across or beyond the dividing court line.
- Intentionally throw at another player’s head or neck.
- Exceed the maximum court capacity.
- Fight, roughhouse or engage in overly aggressive behavior.
- Sit or lie down on the trampoline courts.
- Throw or kick a ball after you have been eliminated.
- Double bounce or intentionally interfere with another player’s bounce.
- Dive for a ball.
- Kick the dodgeball.
- Use your body to intentionally block an incoming ball.
Keep it competitive. Keep it controlled. Follow Team Member instructions at all times.
Glow Warning
GLOW SAFETY
GLOW features specialty lighting and effects that can change how you see the park and judge your position while jumping. Please use extra caution and make sure you are comfortable with the environment before participating.
- Specialty lighting and effects may affect depth perception and your ability to judge landings. Use extra caution while jumping.
- Strobe and flashing lights may affect people who are sensitive to flashing lights or prone to seizures. If this applies to you or someone in your group, please use your best judgment before participating.
- Use caution when walking. Floors, steps, ramps, platforms and safety pads may be harder to see under specialty lighting.
- A valid Sky Zone waiver is required for everyone entering the park during GLOW, including Guests who do not plan to jump.
Joust
Always
- Always stay in control of the jousting stick.
- Always be paired with competitors of like sizes.
- Always stay on your Bosu ball.
- Always stop play when your body touches foam.
- Always last person standing wins.
Do not
- Do not hit competitor in the head, face or groin.
- Do not spear or jab.
- Do not dive or lang on your neck or stomach.
- Do not step onto a competitor’s Bosu ball.
- Do not flip off the pedestal.
- Do not swing the jousting stick above the head.
- Do not hit your opponent once they are down.
Hybrid Slide

SLIDE SAFELY
Before using the slide, please follow these rules:
- Wear SkySocks. Remove your shoes before entering the slide area.
- Follow Team Member instructions and all posted park rules.
- Remove jewelry and sharp objects and empty your pockets completely.
- Stay in control of your body throughout the slide.
- Secure long hair before using the slide.
- Use the provided mat and return it after your slide.
- Use the approved sliding position: feet first on your back or head first on your stomach.
- One person at a time. Never slide with another person.
- Wait for the landing area to clear before starting your slide.
- Exit the landing area immediately after completing your slide.

- Participants must be at least 5 feet tall.
- Participants must weigh less than 260 pounds.

- Wear SkySocks and remove all street shoes.
- Remove jewelry and any sharp or loose objects.
- Wait for a Sky Zone Team Member to be present before using Sky Tower.
- Only one person may use Sky Tower at a time.
WHILE USING SKY TOWER

- Stay aware of other Guests and your surroundings.
- Wait for the landing area to completely clear before jumping.
- Land on your back or seat.

- Jump while another Guest is in the landing area.
Stunt Fall

- Always wait for a Team Member to be present before using Stunt Fall.

- Always land on the airbag on your back or your seat.

Please follow these safety guidelines when using airbags and net-based attractions:
- Airbags: Land as flat as possible on your back or seat.
- Nets: Land on your back or seat with your arms and legs kept close to your body.
- Stay in control: Maintain control of your body at all times.
- Watch your surroundings: Be aware of other Guests and nearby obstacles.
- Secure loose items: Tie back long hair and secure drawstrings before participating.
- Wear SkySocks: Remove street shoes and wear approved SkySocks.
- Follow instructions: Follow all posted park rules and Sky Zone Team Member instructions.
- Wait your turn: Allow the Guest in front of you to completely finish the element before you begin.
- Participate at your own risk. Know your physical limitations and only participate in activities you feel capable of performing safely.

- One person at a time. The Zip Line is limited to one Guest per ride.
- Check the landing area. Make sure the landing area is completely clear before leaving the platform.
- Stay in control. Maintain control of your body throughout the ride.
- Wear SkySocks. Approved SkySocks are required.

- Perform flips or other unauthorized aerial maneuvers.

Unattended Children
UNATTENDED CHILDREN
