What is a parent add-on Membership?
PARENTS PLAY TOO.
Your child has an Extra Play Membership. Why should they have all the fun?
Add a Parent Membership and enjoy the same great Extra Play Membership benefits as your child for one low monthly price.
The Parent Membership is assigned to the original registered parent or legal guardian and is non-transferable.
Because family membership means the whole family gets to play.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Memberships are designed to give you the freedom to play whenever you want during our regular open-jump hours.
The only exceptions are:
- Private Events: The park may be closed to members during a private event.
- Little Leapers: Members who are older than 6 cannot jump during Little Leapers sessions.
We’ll always post schedule changes, special events and temporary closures on our website and social media, so check in before your visit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Our memberships are month-to-month, so there’s no long-term commitment.
Ready to cancel? Membership cancellations must be submitted through our website at least 3 business days before your desired cancellation date. This online process creates a record of your request and ensures we can properly process your cancellation.
You’ll continue to enjoy all of your membership benefits and perks through your cancellation date.
No long-term commitment. No complicated cancellation process. Just play while you’re a member.
How do I cancel my Membership?
All membership cancellations must be submitted through our Membership Cancellation Form at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
This cancellation process is outlined in the membership agreement signed before the membership is purchased.
Please note:
- Cancellations cannot be processed by phone, email, or in person.
- The online cancellation form is the only accepted method for submitting a cancellation request.
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 72 hours before the next billing cycle may not be processed before the next payment.
- No refunds are issued for late cancellation requests.
Submitting your cancellation through the online form ensures that your request is properly documented and can be processed correctly.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Your membership is valid only at the Sky Zone location where you originally purchased your membership.
Memberships are location-specific and cannot be used at other Sky Zone parks.
