Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to play every day! So we created a Membership program that gives you access to the entire park, all day, every day — along with amazing perks. Giving your family the fun you want, all for one great value.
What is a family add-on Membership?
Extend the benefits of your child’s SkyMax Membership to the whole family! With a Sibling or Parent Add-On Membership, immediate family members can enjoy all the same great perks for one low monthly price. Add-on memberships are available exclusively to immediate family.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used anytime throughout the year. Check our calendar for special Member VIP events when we celebrate our biggest fans!
Can I cancel anytime?
Membership Cancellation Policy:
All Sky Zone Sarasota memberships have a 6 month minimum commitment. Please see Terms & Conditions, that were emailed to you at registration, for more information. Requests for cancellation will only be accepted once commitment term is fulfilled or the remaining balance will be required to cancel. Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before next payment due date, to avoid charge. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone. (No Refunds)
**If cancellation is approved, membership will be terminated at end of current billing cycle.

Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
