Everyone entering our park needs a valid waiver—jumpers and observers alike!

All guests must check in to get their wristband before joining the fun. Observers don’t pay admission, but a signed waiver is still required to enter.

Yes, of course! During our final confirmation call, we’ll ask for a good estimate of your updated guest count. This helps us make sure the party is perfectly stocked—extra seats, SkySocks, and fun for everyone!

We love a good party, but our park doesn’t allow outside food or drinks—except for the dessert or fruit platter you bring to celebrate!

Don’t worry, we’ve got pizza and drinks ready for your crew in the party room. Want more snacks or beverages? Just chat with one of our Party Specialists at least 24 hours before your event, and we’ll hook you up!

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your party starts! This gives everyone time to check in, complete waivers, and store personal items so your celebration can kick off smoothly. Your party representative will confirm your exact arrival time during the booking review call.

Our team will be ready to greet you right at your designated check-in time. Early birds? We love the enthusiasm, but we can’t guarantee immediate assistance if you arrive before your scheduled slot.

Running late? No worries—but extra playtime or party room time can’t be added, so aim to be on time and get the full party experience!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations, as long as they can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. Your Party Pro will handle the setup for your room—and if you want anything hung on the walls, we’ve got you covered!

A few things we cannot allow: confetti, glitter, horns, piñatas, or decorations hanging from the ceiling.

Bringing a tablecloth? Here are the table sizes:

• Rooms 2, 3 & 4: 8′ x 2.5′
• Room 1: 10′ x 3’4″

Extra jump time is added after your party room time, so the fun keeps going without cutting into your celebration!

Absolutely! Whether the kids can go back out to play after party room time depends on the package:

• Basic Package: No extra playtime—party ends with the room.
• Epic Package: Kids get 30 extra minutes of jump time after the room.
• Mega VIP Package: All-day play included (Glow can be added as an upgrade).
• Glow Party Package: Full-session glow! Kids go back out to play after the room time for a glowing good time.

So yes—the kids can keep the fun going with the right package!

• Little Leapers & Mega VIP: 2 hours of party room time—including the first hour for parents to relax while the kids play!
• Glow Party: 3 hours of party room time, which runs during the first 3 hours of play—plenty of time to eat, celebrate, and enjoy the glow fun!
• Basic & Epic Packages: Party room access is not included during playtime.

This way, you’ll know exactly when you can party in the room and when the kids are out jumping!

Your party room time includes 60 minutes for celebration, with your Party Pro keeping things on track so everyone has time to eat, play, and enjoy the fun.

The last 15 minutes are reserved for gift opening. Depending on the size of your party and the number of gifts, there might not be enough time to open everything—but no worries! The memories, laughs, and fun are guaranteed to last long after the party ends.
