The safety of our guests and associates has always been our top priority at Sky Zone Owings Mills.

We are committed to keeping Sky Zone Owings Mills a place where families and friends can come together to enjoy our fun attractions and immersive entertainment and create lasting memorable experiences.

As part of that commitment, we are implementing a chaperone policy beginning Friday, December 5th, 2025.

Under this policy, all guests ages 18 or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 25 years old in order for the jumper to be admitted or remain in the park after 6:45 p.m. The park will remain open from local time until the close of business on Friday and Saturday nights. Only chaperones and jumpers are permitted in the park during this event, as space is limited.

Sky Zone Owings Mills reserves the right to request the chaperone’s valid, government-issued photo identification with a date of birth at check-in. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than three (3) guests ages 18 years old or younger per Friday & Saturday night. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.

Guests ages 18 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to being removed from the premises. This chaperone requirement applies to all Sky Zone Owings Mills Park guests and members during Friday & Saturday Glow Night events.

We believe these changes will help ensure that Sky Zone Owings Mills continues to have a positive atmosphere where generations of families and friends can gather for a day of safe fun and nutritious food. We will keep our promise to millions of guests who have relied on us.

At Sky Zone Owings Mills, we strictly prohibit the following behaviors or actions:

• Carrying firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons of any kind, and any other prohibited items is strictly prohibited. Sky Zone Owings Mills reserves the right to prohibit any items at their discretion.
• To ensure the safety and comfort of all our jumpers, ski masks and full-face balaclavas are strictly prohibited inside the park. Standard medical masks or themed glow-face paint are welcome, but masks that obscure a guest’s identity are not permitted on the premises.
• To ensure the safety of all guests and to maintain clear pathways during GLOW events, backpacks are not permitted on the premises; we recommend traveling light.
• Unsolicited photographing or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with park operations.
• Unruly or disruptive behavior that interferes with guests’ enjoyment of the park, including running, the incitement of running, and blocking midways and exits.
• Fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal and physical assaults.
• Acts or behaviors that park management determines are a safety concern or that interrupt park operations or guests’ experience.
• Harassing or threatening behavior, sexual misconduct, and lewd behavior are prohibited, including any inappropriate interactions with park guests or associates.
• Offensive language or gestures.
• Clothing that displays offensive language, obscene gestures or graphics, nudity, or fails to adequately cover undergarments is prohibited.
• Clothing that effectively covers the face of the guest (e.g., Face masks).
• Intoxication or substance impairment that leads to irresponsible behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the park.
• Entering restricted areas, which include ride danger zones and behind-the-scenes areas, is not permitted.
• Line Breaking, includes leaving and re-entering a line for any reason or place holding in line.
• Theft of any kind.
• Selling park tickets or soliciting and distributing literature not sponsored by the park.
• Refusing to follow verbal or printed instructions or to cooperate with park personnel or security is prohibited.

Children/Teens – Notice to Parents & Guardians

Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of their minor children. Appropriate behavior and supervision are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and are always expected. In addition to our chaperone policy, we strongly recommend that all minors age 18 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care.

Personal Conduct

Sky Zone Owings Mills does not permit conduct that it deems inappropriate for the peace and good order of the park, guests, or associates, and that may adversely affect the safety of others. Anyone who violates the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund.

Guests are encouraged to report any violations of the Guest Code of Conduct or suspicious activity to the nearest Sky Zone Owings Mills associate, Security associate, or call (410) 469-2830.

Sky Zone Owings Mills reserves the right to revise or modify this Code of Conduct with or without notice.
