TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WAIVER REQUIRED: A valid Sky Zone Owings Mills waiver must be completed prior to participation. Campers without a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate.
Registration & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior may receive a refund or credit at management’s discretion.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits for missed days, late arrivals, or early pickups.
• If canceled by Sky Zone Owings Mills, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Camp Hours & Check-In/Out
• Camp hours are 8am-3pm.
• Campers must be checked in and out by a parent or authorized guardian.
• Valid ID may be required at pickup.
• Late pickups may result in additional fees.
Age Requirements
• Camp is available for children ages 6-12.
• Participants must meet the minimum age requirement at the time of attendance.
What to Bring
• Comfortable athletic clothing (Sky Zone grip socks required).
• Water bottle.
• Lunch/snacks (if not partaking in the food provided by Sky Zone Owings Mills).
• Any necessary medications (see Medication Policy).
Behavior & Conduct
• Campers must follow all park rules and staff instructions.
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Sky Zone Owings Mills reserves the right to dismiss any camper without refund for behavior that impacts safety or operations.
Health & Safety
• Parents must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
• Campers who are sick should not attend.
• If a camper becomes ill, a parent/guardian will be contacted for pickup.
Medical & Medication Policy
• Sky Zone Owings Mills is not a medical facility and staff are not medical professionals.
• Only limited, routine medication needs can be accommodated and must follow the Medication Policy.
• Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions and provide clear written instructions.
• Participation is contingent on Sky Zone Owings Mills’s ability to safely accommodate the camper’s needs.
• Sky Zone Owings Mills reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation if needs exceed what staff can support or create a safety
concern.
Medication Policy
• All medications must be provided in original packaging and clearly labeled.
• A written authorization form is required.
• Medications must be handed to a manager at check-in.
• Staff will administer medication only as directed.
• No medication will be administered without proper authorization.
• Self-administration is only allowed with prior approval (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens).
• Sky Zone Owings Mills is not responsible for missed doses due to incomplete instructions.
• Staff are not medical professionals and will not administer injections except in emergencies (e.g., EpiPen).
Dress Code
• Athletic clothing is required at all times.
• Sky Zone grip socks must be worn at all times.
• No jeans, skirts, dresses, or restrictive clothing.
• No loose jewelry or accessories.
• Hair must be tied back if long.
• Clothing must be appropriate and allow safe participation in activities.
Program Changes & Personal Belongings
• Activities and schedules may change based on operational needs.
• Sky Zone Owings Mills is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Photography & Media
• Participation grants consent for photos/videos for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
